Had stunning and super location away from the old Manor House. And it was also close enough to a beautiful beach, close to St Ives in Cornwall as well as the big conservatory. The room was clean with wonderful view, twin beds which did n't go down to well, a space for a cot as described.

We got en suite and unique double room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was incredible in the wine bar on the beach.
